Here are some Melbourne Massage stories ..........

Whiplash - The story of Paul A.

I was involved in a car accident after which I had trouble lifting my right arm and turning my head. At night  I had trouble sleeping because of the numbness I felt in my fingers and felt constantly exhausted . Thanks to the crew at Melbourne Massage I can now lift my roller door all the way up and turn my head when I reverse my new car without having to turn my whole body.

Shin Pain - The story of Julie L

I was training to compete in the Noosa marathon something I look forwards to working towards every year, only to find I kept suffering minor injuries that kept getting in my way. First it was my back then it was my hamstrings then my knees and finally my shins. I was feeling like I was never going to achieve my dream of completing in any marathon until my personal trainer suggested I see her massage therapist John. I must say it wasn’t an easy journey as some of the therapy was painful but in the end it has been all worth it. I haven’t had a set back since I started and I keep telling all the girls I train with to get themselves checked and treated because they are suffering from similar injuries that I used to have. Thanks for keeping me running.

Back Pain - The story of Rob P

I was diagnosed having a disc bulge in my back that periodically would flare up. I could go from feeling a little stiff one day to not been able to move at all the next. My employer was getting irritated because when my back would go it would mean weeks off work and nobody could predict when I would be OK again. I was worried I would loose my job and my wife was sick and tired of looking after me (and our 2 kids) when I was incapacitated. The worst fear I had was what would I be like in my 50’s and 60’s if I’m like this in my 40’s!

I started forming stomach ulcers from all the anti-inflammatories I was taking and refused to believe that I was destine to a life of painkillers. This all changed when I started to see Chris and Brunswick Health Melbourne Massage Therapy. He used a combination of massage and acupuncture that seems to work well together. I have started to exercise under Chris’s supervision and feel that I am slow picking up the pieces of the life I used to have before my back attacks.
